Designed by top architects in surat, the core vision of this project is to create studio apartments and hotel rooms integrated with modern interior design and luxury facilities.
Overall orientation incorporates sustainable architecture and planning with landscape architecture design services, maximizing ground-floor open spaces for swimming pools, party lawns, restaurants, and entertainment facilities.
Each room was planned in such a way that they either get view of internal landscape. As well as such linear arrangement gives better access to services. 4 numbers of staircase as well as 18 numbers of lifts were planned to gives best vertical transport in building.
