An elegant structure on the VIP road is nearing Office building, where the work spaces are given a homely feel along with a well versed office place. The services are tucked in one corner of the building camouflaged with a green wall. The linear circulation eases the access to the offices keeping it much simpler. The glazed facade helps the visibility from the Offices to the outside happenings. The glazed facade is cladded with Fins along the corners which cuts the direct and harsh sunlight and gives a diffused Light in the offices making it a better place to work. To top it off, the Roongta house has a picturesque terrace garden.
